Flammekuche

Easy to make and very tasty.
Can do a very good lunch or a nice appetizer.
Try it.


Flammekuche

Prep: 5 min     Cooking time: 15 min     Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 500g bread dough (or a flat bread pre-cook from the store)
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 400 ml thick cream
  • 60g bacon crumbs
  • muscade
  • cinnamon (very very little)
  • pepper

Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F

Put dough on a cookie sheet (thin layer)
Spread onions, bacon, cream, pepper and spices.

Bake for 15-20 minutes.
