Pork chops in Peach sauce

Pork chops in a peach sauce

Prep: 10 min     Cooking time: 10+ 30 min     Serves: 6-8

Ingredients
  • 650 g of pork chops, boneless
  • 60 ml sweet spicy chili sauce
  • 5 ml dry mustard
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 125 ml peach juice, unsweetened
  • 1 can (796ml) peaches, drained and pieces
  • 60 ml brown sugar
  • 5 ml soy sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350*F.
Brown the chops in a skillet until nicely browned.
Place in a baking oven.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
Bake for 30 minutes.
