Ingredients
- 650 g of pork chops, boneless
- 60 ml sweet spicy chili sauce
- 5 ml dry mustard
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 125 ml peach juice, unsweetened
- 1 can (796ml) peaches, drained and pieces
- 60 ml brown sugar
- 5 ml soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350*F.
Brown the chops in a skillet until nicely browned.
Place in a baking oven.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
Bake for 30 minutes.
