Say Cheese



Still in my Cheese phase ...
what can i say Switzerland had that effect on me !!

Simple while so tasty.

Grilled cheese with Brie
Prep: 5min     Cooking time: 5 min     Serves: 2


Ingredients
4 slices of bread
90g Brie, sliced
butter

Preparation
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
Put cheese on 2 of them and cover with another slice.
Coot at medium heat in a anti-adhesive pan until golden on each side.

Je sais, je sais mais le lien était sur le fromage ... la Suisse seulement l'excuse pour parler fromage... mais un bon Brie menum menum
