1 can black olives, drained and chopped
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can chick peas, drained
1 can Lima beans, drained
2 cans corn kernels, drained
200g mango, chopped
2 onions, chopped
mint, cilantro, ginger to taste
salt & pepper
1/4 cup oil
4 Tbs lime juice
2 Tbs lemon juice
Preparation
Mix everything together and let marinate for at least 2 hours before serving.
