We would have wanted to plan this that it would have never, ever happened! The resemblance is way too perfect!! Congrats to Walt Disney, maybe the Nostradamus of this era. He had foreseen the future ! The hair color is the same, the dresses, the HATS!, the Prince's clothes. Unbelievable.
That was good until you go back to the Disney's book and see that things are not always as we remember them. What you see is not always what you get.

Cinderella colors
Too many people are so quick to pass a comment, have an opinion, speak their mind; you wonder if they are born with the absolute book of truth. We are quick to ASS-U-ME.
It was always advised and preached that we need information before we pass a judgment because if we don’t get the information needed, our judgment might be all wrong. Just how many times we dismissed people from our lives just because they did not look beautiful enough, tall enough, handsome enough, think enough …or not enough etc??? We have become really superficial and cynical …
Why do we assume that someone is not good enough to do something just because they don’t look the part? Why do we think that someone is incompetent just because of one mistake? Why do we believe that if someone is not living in an elite suburbia, then he is not mighty worthy? How did we come to be so shallow???
The point is appearances are deceiving and are false promotions whether negative or positive, more often than not, they do not really reflect reality unless we scratch the surface a little bit and dig deeper.

Et voilà, le coup du prince charmant... tout ça c'est à cause de Walt. Bercée dans leur jeunesses par les contes de fées qu'il a mis en image, les jeunes filles croient que le prince charmant existe.
Ben non, il a une rosette, les dents croches, un orteil plus long que l'autre, il se gratte l'entre-jambe le matin en laissant échapper des effluves de méthanes saupoudré de mercaptan, et sent mauvais de la bouche (pour rester poli), et la jeune princesse est égale devant tous et toutes le matin, même le plus beau vélo n'échappe pas aux cheveux en "pétard", les petits yeux, la tête "enfariné" au réveil, et qui marche au radar.
Pour ce qui est du jugement, personnellement je préfère l'action de jauger. Jauger c'est estimer sur une période une situation ou une personne. On jauge sur des éléments factuels, on juge sur une impression comme tu l'as dit. Un premier élément va semer le doute, mais ne peut donner une "décision finale", mais souvent (et là je te paraphrase) le doute fera office de jugement.
Y'a quelqu'un qui l'a bien dit "on ne voit bien qu'avec les yeux du coeur"... En fait si on doit choisir un Prince - le mien ne sera pas celui de Walt mais de St-Exupéry... Petit mais tellement grand!

Je n'avais pas pensé de comparer le concept de jauger versus juger ... bonne idée.
JJP, totalement d'ac avec toi ... je pense, qu'en ces temps, il y a beaucoup de monde qui sont aveugles de partout ! Les yeux, le coeur ... mais la p'tite tête continue de penser pas de problème...
